When you walk into this brand new home you will be treated to a space that has modern finishings, beautiful and comfortable furniture, and amazing art work. This home will be your home away from home. Upstairs three of the four bedrooms have a queen size bed and the master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed. Double vanities and a spacious walk in shower complete the master suite. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet that will easily hold all of your belongings during your stay. Downstairs the kitchen is a gourmet style kitchen that has everything you could think of needing including a keurig coffee machine. A double sided fireplace is the perfect way to separate the kitchen from the family room and settle in for a quiet evening.

This home is located in beautiful Whitestown/Zionsville, right by I65 with quick access to downtown Indianapolis and the Motor Speedway home to the Indy 500. You can also jump onto the 465 and head over to the east side and some shopping at Keystone at the crossing.
A mere 3 miles away you will find eateries such as chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings, all the typical fast food establishments as well as Japanese, Mexican and Thai food.
There are also several eateries and sites that are unique to the area such as Moontown Brewing Company and Hopwood Cellars Winery. Hotel Tango is also just a 10 minute drive from the home. The Bricks in Zionsville offer boutique shopping along with ice cream shops, bars and Rosie's Place where you will have the best breakfast you will eat!
Grand Park is only a 25 minutes drive away and home to a large sports complex and the Colts Spring Training grounds. They do The 4th of July right with a community event for all ages ending with a large 30 minute long fireworks display.

Summary: This home is beautiful and modern. Everything was very clean, and it was a great place for our small remote work team to gather for a short retreat. There were a couple of minor issues that I took note of for anyone interested in this property. First, the kitchen is large and beautiful, but there weren't any serving bowls or baking dishes, other than a set of pots/pans. There is also no toaster, and there was only one dish towel and no dish cloths or sponges for doing dishes, wiping counters, etc. There were no extra blankets available, so for any guests who were cold at night there wasn't really an option to add a blanket to the bed. One of the glass panels of the sliding glass door was shattered, and there was glass on the small patio just outside the door. Not a big deal for us since we didn't spend any time in the back yard, but would have been dangerous had we had any children with us or anyone who stepped outside unknowingly. The property owner was very responsive to our questions, and the check-in/check-out process was very simple and straightforward. Our team had a great experience here, and with a few minor adjustments this would be a 5-star place to stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood, lovely house.
