The Space:
This home comes equipped with all the comforts of home, a flat screen tv in the living room, a King sized bed in the master bedroom and queen sized bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig for making coffee, lots of pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates, silverware, and other cooking essentials.
The fenced in backyard features a covered patio complete with a grilling station.

This lovely home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in North Charleston conveniently located off of Dorchester Road, convenient to Boeing, CHS International Airport, the Airforce Base, Riverfront Park located on the old Charleston Naval Base, downtown Charleston and West of the Ashley. This property is centrally located and offers short drives to Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, and all of the beaches.
This modest bedroom community is close to great restaurants, breweries, distilleries and music venues and allows its residents to explore the vast diversification that the area has to offer.
Getting Around:
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to I526. It is a short 5-10 minute drive away from Park Circle, Tanger Outlets, the Amtrak station, and Charleston International Airport. Downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant are roughly a 20-25 minute drive away and the beaches are about 30-45 minutes away from the house depending on traffic.
Other Things to Note:
Long term stays are welcomed and encouraged. Please reach out to me directly to discuss terms of booking a long term stay. Additional security deposit and cleaning fees may be required for long term stays.
We are pet friendly. The pet fee is $150 per pet for short term stays.
