The spacious open-plan living area is filled with natural light and refreshing sea breezes, thanks to sliding doors and windows that overlook the beautiful sea-front and parkland. You can enjoy complete privacy, with a spacious floor plan, and views of the water from your own private undercover entertainment area.
Enjoy a gourmet kitchen which is in the hub of a stunning living area, flowing through to those impressive private views of the waterfront from your patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas stove, toaster & more. Basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc.
Enjoy a restful night with the following sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed with an ensuite for added privacy and convenience as well as a private balcony that overlooks the Pumicestone Passage.
