Positive: Great location with the river accessible through the gate at the back of the garden.The Station Hub area was just across a car park where we could enjoy food in the restaurant or the beer garden outside. There was a small cinema here, an art gallery and a few artisan shops.The house catered well for dogs as well as people, so it smelt a bit “doggy”.All the rooms were large and airy and there was a bathroom for each bedroom.We were left a welcome pack of food essentials which was a nice touch. Parking was just outside the house for two cars so very convenient. We were lucky enough to have good weather to take advantage of the south facing garden, all be it a touch over grown with wild flower vegetation. Neighbours nice and friendly too!
Negative: It does smell of dogs if you’re not used to the smell. It could be a lot cleaner, especially the patio furniture which we had to wipe down.There was a problem with the showers and baths not been used at the same time due to water pressure. The cutlery draw took some finding!
Summary: Lovely,spacious house, great location, well stocked with all amenities and facilities for a fantastic stay.
