The apartment is located on the second floor (without a lift, the access staircase is quite narrow, as you can see in the photo gallery) and has a large living area with living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with bathtub and new washing machine and access to the terrace, which thanks to its elevated and dominant position with respect to the surrounding houses offers wonderful views: you will feel like you're flying over the town and the lake!
The apartment is perfect for a couple or, thanks to the two single sofa beds in the living room, even for families with one or two children. Thanks to the super-fast professional quality wifi connection (up to 100 Mbit/s download and up to 10 Mbit/s upload speeds, without traffic limitation), to the 32" screen in the living room (monitor only, without TV reception) and to the discounts dedicated for medium-long stays, it is also an ideal place if you like to move your workplace outside your home, in a location that will make your Skype, Zoom and Teams interlocutors envy you!
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishes, pots and all the necessary for cooking.
On the ground floor of the same building is the Lenno municipal library, which you can visit during opening hours to stock up on some good books. The apartment is located a short distance from the Lenno bus stop and the Lake Como ferry boat stop. A supermarket, several restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors are within walking distance. The lakefront can always be reached on foot in about 6 minutes through the characteristic alleys of the town. There is no private parking, but it is usually easy to find a place in one of the many free parking spaces available within a radius of 200 meters from the house.
Villa Balbianello can be reached on foot (about an hour) or by boat from the Lenno pier; the lido di Lenno, with its sandy beach on the lake, is also within walking distance. Going up the mountain, on a cliff with a splendid panoramic view, you reach the sanctuary of the Sacro Monte di Ossuccio, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2003.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €15 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €60, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
