The villa faces east and enjoys a cool breeze with lovely manicured gardens suitable for children to play in and remember to help yourself to the delicious bananas papaya, mango , wax apples, plums & carambola when in season.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with open plan living and dining. Two additional recreation rooms for your comfort to use as office space or a place to chill and play some board games or to relax with a good book.
The master bedroom with en suite is located on the ground level with 3 further double bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom.
There is an additional washroom on the ground level.
The windows are fully screened with mosquito mesh ,likewise the kitchen door and one sliding patio door. Mosquito nets are available in all bedrooms.

St Georges is a hive of activity with daily markets of fresh produce and fish and if you take the route across Marian you will drive past Fort Frederick taking in spectacular views of St Georges.
Westerhall rum and Clarks Court Bay distilleries are within a 5 min drive and well worth a tour.
Umbrellas Beach Bar on Grand Anse Beach is a must for delicious freshly prepared food at great prices and even better atmosphere.
The new local well stocked Supermarket SOG is a 3 min drive and there are several great roadside fruit and veg vendors along the way.
There are so many fabulous places to add to the list I could go on and on but if you venture to the north of the island try to take in Petit Anse and Belmont Estate working Cocoa Plantation , museum and restaurant in St Patricks.
