The house cascades down the hill, fronted with a stunning landscaped garden. Literally within a 1 minute stroll from the front gate, you are in Bronte Park and 1 minute later, on the sand, ready to swim in the ocean, the sublime Bronte Bogey Hole or the famous Bronte Ocean pool. The secure double garage means you'll never have to worry about beachside parking.
Yet here they are, a spectacular package atop one of the Emerald City’s most beautiful beaches, only a short distance from the famed shopping, dining and nightlife that make Sydney such a jewel.
Descending from the entryway via the stairs or elevator, you’ll catch glimpses of the azure ocean sparkling on the back doorstep. The second level plays host to three of Bronte Beachside’s three gorgeous bedrooms, which feature spectacular vistas, comfy beds, storage and outdoor access. There is also an enormous bathroom on this level with a huge walk-in shower, his-and-hers vanities and free standing soaking tub.
The centre of the house is the lowest level, though, home to one more bedroom, one more bathroom (also with tub), a soundproof cinema room and laundry. The living areas here will take your breath away, with the sun streaming in from the ocean and the cleverly designed lightwell above. The kitchen is an entertainer’s fantasy, with Miele appliances, stone benches and a breakfast bar giving way to the indoor dining area.
