The property is equipped with extremely sensitive noise and motion sensors, if the rule is violated, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund and no deposit will be returned either.
Please note, quiet hours apply to the property from 22:00 to 07:00. Please refrain from excessive noise and respect our neighbours. Excessive noise will be dealt in a similar manner as a party.
