Three bedroom one bath, unit in a duplex. Perfect central location on the Gulf Coast- Near Beaches, Mobile, Seafood Restaurants, but in a quiet part of town 5 minutes from interstate I-10. 30 minutes from Mississippi Casinos! This unit has a living area, dining table that seats 6, cute kitchen area, two full sized bedrooms and one small bedroom with a twin sized bed, room to park two cars on a quiet neighborhood in Grand Bay. A grill is provided and some nice patio furniture out front as well as two folding chairs that can be taken to the beach ! We have recently installed central heat and air so the window units are gone !
Two dogs under 75 pounds are welcome with a one time $75 fee per dog. Please no cats.
