Located in the private gated community of Harbor Island, Buried Treasure has three bedrooms, along with two full and two half baths; making it ideal for your family's low country getaway. Harbor Island is conveniently located just 3 miles from scenic Hunting Island State Park and fifteen miles from historic Beaufort.
Buried Treasure is a three-level home situated alongside one of the many tidal creeks that surround Harbor Island. The second level boasts a living room area with a comfortable couch, flat screen television, and access to the second level screened-in deck space, with a ping-pong table. Also on the second level are two bedrooms--one with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom features a bunk bed and twin bed with a trundle; perfect for the children in your group. Both bedrooms have their own flat-screen televisions.
The fully stocked kitchen is located on the third floor, and features all modern stainless-steel appliances, making it the perfect space for traveling chefs. The dining table offers seating for six, along with additional seating available at four bar stools at the granite countertop. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room area opens onto a furnished screened-in deck area, replete with outdoor dining furniture with seating for six, making it ideal for dining al fresco while taking in the spectacular view. There is also a large sectional patio sofa and two chairs to lounge in. A second open deck can be found off the dining room. The primary suite is located on this level and features a comfortable king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom.
The rental of Buried Treasure includes a ping pong table, and access to all Harbor Island Community amenities, which consist of a pool, racquet club, fitness area, playground, volleyball court, and chipping green. Harbor Island is a secured island that does require all guests to have a car pass to access the island. Guest must provide car pass total before their arrival. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles max. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.
