New to VRBO in '25, beautiful Burt Lake cottage w/ 5000sq ft of living space on 200 feet of private frontage on Indian Point giving you plenty of room and incredible privacy. 5 Bedrooms with 4 Baths, huge deck and screened in porch. Tennis court lined for Pickleball as well as Shuffleboard on the lakeside. (I’ll get pics of the tennis court and shuffleboard when the snow melts). 2 fully equipped kitchens and BBQ grill on the deck. Dock for swimming and boating. The lake bottom at the end of the dock is hard sand about waist deep, perfect for water games or just floating. Indian Point Nature Preserve with miles of walking/hiking trails across the street. Sunday-Sunday rental please. Discounts for multiple weeks. Please note, so you're not surprised, that the total price does not include taxes, so when you make your final pmt, 6% taxes will be added to the per night fee.
