Summary: BushGlam is exactly as lovely as the photos reveal. The house is decorated in a modern style. The bathrooms are beautifully designed and feel luxurious. Anita was a good host and welcomed us with clear directions and followed up with a personal message to ensure our stay went well. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hat and Creek restaurant nearby and also found the stores to be easy to walk to. Kruger park is about an hour of driving away and it was fantastic! We played games in the quiet evening and enjoyed the pool during the day. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that there were two parts of this home's write up that were misleading. The home lists air conditioning and while there is one unit, it is only upstairs in the master bedroom. I would have liked to have known this detail when booking. It may not have prevented my booking but it felt as though I was misled. We had six people traveling and four of them had to sleep downstairs. It was very warm. There is a screened window that can be opened and fans in both rooms which did help. Obviously it depends on the time of year that you travel but I believe this area is usually on the warm side. Another detail that was listed was a tumble dryer. There was no dryer. There was a washing machine and we were told to hang our laundry outside on the line which again was sufficient but not what was advertised. We also found a laundromat and laundry service up the street at the SPAR which was extremely inexpensive to have your laundry washed and dried and folded. Overall, we enjoyed our peaceful relaxing stay and are very glad we decided to book this house.
