Cabin # 2 at Grizzly Ridge Retreats is approximately 1200 sq ft butwhat it lacks in size it makes up for in efficiency and is filled with timeless charm and character! The tall ceilings, beautiful faux painted walls, iron hand railings and authentic reclaimed Barnwood give this amazing little home a beautiful balance of rustic/modern!
Grizzly Ridge is very convenient to Whitefish but also very convenient to all the outdoor activities you’re going to want to experience while visiting Whitefish! We are only approximately 8 minutes from downtown Whitefish and Whitefish lake.. approximately 15 minutes from whitefish mountain resort and approximately 35-40 minutes to Glacier National Park..
The cabins at grizzly Ridge are brand new.. just recently finished in 2021 so everything is clean, fresh and ready for you to enjoy! Upon or before arrival you will be givin a code which will let you in to the home so check in is super easy! Then you will have use of the entire home from top to bottom including everything in the backyard which is fully fenced, containing a large picnic table, propane barbecue grill and rock fire pit, perfect to enjoy your evenings sitting around the campfire telling stories, roasting marshmallow and having drinks just as you would if you were camping.. but when you’re all done for the evening you get to go inside to shower and sleep in a nice clean comfy bed and wake up to your coffee pot!
This home is also absolutely dog friendly to responsible pet owners and well behaved pups!! We kindly ask that you please respect our property by not allowing pets on the furniture or bedding and absolutely no dogs left unattended in the house as you will be responsible for damages, Our goal is to make your stay with your pets as comfortable and accommodating as possible so there will be dog bowls, tennis balls, dog bed and a secure backyard for their leisure!
Upon arrival or before feel free to contact your host for info as there are plenty of areas to explore right here at grizzly ridge, our property backs up to Montana state land so there are thousands of acres right out the back door for exploring and hiking as well!
Within about 15 minutes of the home there’s also a large handful of gorgeous lakes ponds and rivers great for fishing and exploring! If you’re interested in looking up any of those.. some of them are…Spencer Lake, Bootjack Lake, Stillwater lake and upper Stillwater lake, Stillwater river, upper whitefish lake and Whitefish river just to name a few! This home is located right in the heart of the most beautiful scenic and pristine areas that northwest Montana has to offer!
If you want to experience the local hidden gems around the Whitefish area while being super close to town look no further than grizzly Ridge retreats! As your host I am local to this area and have grown up right here and will be happy to share my knowledge and answer any questions or concerns you may have to help make your stay here absolutely amazing!
