Come stay at our fully renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home located in the heart of Livingston Manor. It features a new and well appointed open kitchen, a relaxing living-room with wood-burning stove, TV when you want to relax indoors, and new bathrooms for your comfort.
++We also have a studio unit that you can add-on to your reservation for ($50 per night). It has a queen bed, tv, and sitting area. It opens up onto the deck in the backyard and is connected to the 'main' house, just steps away! There is no bathroom in the studio, but is a perfect place for 1-2 people to sleep and have their own space.
Outdoor space - the house sits quietly on the top of Shandelee Mountain with sweeping views out your backyard. There is a private deck off the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living-room - everyone can enjoy the outdoors! Sit around the fire with your partner or friends and enjoy the peacefulness of the property.
If you want to cook a few meals at home, you will find a large open kitchen that is equipped with all the essentials. There is a dining table for 4 as well as seating around the kitchen island for 4 people.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a separate entrance onto the back patio. The on-suite bathroom is newly renovated and features a massage shower. There is also an attached room that is perfect for your child / toddler to sleep. We provide a pack and play crib and twin air-matrress to help accomodate all needs!
The guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, reading chair, closet, and also features its own private entrance and patio to relax on.
All beds boast Sferra linens and we use only Sferra towels for your comfort!
The living area is well appointed with seating for at least 6 people. There is a wood burning stove for times when you want to sit indoors and relax, and of course, we offer free WiFi for those who want to stay connected!
Guests will have access to all spaces with the exception of the basement (nothing to see down there anyway)
We will make sure you have a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.
We strive to provide you with all you need to enjoy yourself and the surrounding area but don't worry, will not be popping by unexpectedly.

The Cabin on Shandelee is situated perfeclty for a vist to the Catskills. It is a 3 min drive to downtown Livingston Manor, walkable to the Arnold House for food and drinks, and still offers amazing views and scenery that you are hoping for when you visit. It is a short drive to Callicoon, North Branch, Roscoe, Jeffersonville, Youngsville, and more!
Uber hasn't quite made its way to our County yet, so my best advice to you is to bring a car.

A few other things to note:
We do not have a microwave (trying to stay as healthy as we can) and use a convection countertop oven instead of a traditional oven. We do not typically stock the fridge with food or drink. We will provide you with plenty of guidance for local food shopping and dining options.
The house is equipped with central heating system, but there is no central air. The house is well insulated and generally stays cool in the hotter months. We provide vented AC units in the master bedroom and living area as well as floor fans for your comfort.
We do have a TV with some basic cable channels, but it is not a smart tv so bring your Roku or Apple TV to plugin if you want to stream!
