Summary: Our 3rd year coming to this hotel, sure it’s outdated but i wouldn’t expect to pay the price we do for a brand new hotel. The price reflects the hotel and i feel like it’s a great deal, the pool is wonderful (maybe a tad bit cold, but you have the shauna to jump in) the kids arcade also great for families. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, great location to Santa’s Village and nice breakfast in the AM. Overall we are always happy with our stay.
