We are located in beautiful San Luis Obispo California right off of the iconic Hwy 101. Our condo is brand new with a big window and a sliding door going out unto a large deck with a BarBQ and sitting area to enjoy the view. It has a new very modern and clean look a very comfortable flow from the entry area into the kitchen and living area, from the entry turn right and it takes you to the master bedroom with a private bath or the guest bedroom and bath. The grounds around the condo are well manicured and landscaped giving it a peaceful atmosphere. The condo overlooks Laguna Lake and parks with the seven sisters' ancient volcanos rising from the meadows next to the Lake giving you an incredible sunrise and sunsets as the light hits the ancient Volcanos. Walking trails are right out your front door along Laguna Lake or you can go left and walk the creek trail taking you to Chipotle's Mexican Grill, Daves Hot Chicken, Sushi Kokku, Golden Gong Chinese Restaurant, Madonna Inn Copper Kettle, Alex Madonna Gold Rush Steak House, Star Bucks Sprouts Grocery Store, Nordstroms Rack, World Market, REI Sports Store, Pary city, Ralphs Grocery Store, Best Buy. If you go right on the creek trail it takes you to Target, El Pollo Loco, Dicks Sporting Store, Costco, Home Depot, Pets Mart, Whole Foods, and various other stores. Downtown San Luis Obispo is a historical setting from the late 1800 and early 1900s with old structures and new built to compliment the history of the area. Going north we are 10 miles from Motana De Oro State Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean, we are 10 miles from Morro Bay, 30 miles to Campria, 35 miles from Hearst Castel also San Simeon State Beach. Temperatures range from mid-sixties to mid-seventies most all year long.
