This modern, spacious home boasts magnificent views of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, the Glass House Mountains and water views over the Pumicestone Passage. It is located just a 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 100 metres to Bulcock Street the main street of town where you will find a lovely choice of Restaurants including the popular Amici s Italian restaurant, movie theatre and shops. The local IGA is also only a few minutes walk.
This property has a lot to offer including 4 spacious bedrooms, a pool, plenty of living space and is also pet friendly for smaller dogs.
**Please note that it is just the top level of this property that is let as Holiday Rental. You will have the property to yourself with access to the backyard, downstairs patio and the pool area. The bottom area of the house is separate and not tenanted.***

Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. All bookings made before the 1st of July will still have the personal linen provided.
