Negative: Dirty dishes and glasses in cupboard. Dirty and dusty floors. Not well checked house after previous guests (missing tv and airconditiong remotes, disconnected wifi devices, missing Tea/Coffee maker). Price does not include basic features like towels and soap, there is no option to get hair dryer... Avarage expirience with lots of options to improve.
