This finca is situated in a very quiet location near Felanitx in the southeast of Mallorca, surrounded by fields, with a beautiful, wide panoramic view as far as the monastery mountain of San Salvador.
First floor:
Here you will find a rustic, but modern furnished living-dining room. In the living area there is a cozy sitting area with a fireplace for cold days and a dining table for communal meals. A small kitchen adjoins the living area. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
Here you will find a small living room, two further bedrooms each with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and also a bathroom with shower. The finca has a living space of 100 sqm.
Outdoor area:
In front of the vacation home is a cozy, covered seating area, right next to it is the pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The size of the property is 80,000 square meters on which you can freely unfold. The house is powered by solar energy.
Pool:
7.5 m x 4 m, depth: 100 cm - 180 cm, ladder entry, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon at the earliest. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
