Positive: This place is amazing!! The app said there's no elevator for upper floors, there is one, food for thought. We had the lake view and it was stunning. The breakfast was beyond what I ever thought I would experience at a hotel. Right in the heart of canal park for that experience as well. Amazing staff and beautiful location.
