Ground Level: After a full day of playing hard from boating, fishing, and catching crabs off the on-site boat dock, unwind and take a refreshing swim in the pool. Water enthusiasts will love the ramp down to the Pamlico Sound, it's the ideal spot to launch your kayak, paddleboard, or soak up some rays on an oversized raft - fun for all ages and furry friends too! The lockable storage room is perfect for storing all your beach gear and outside toys. The charcoal grill is ready for you to toss on the fresh catch of the day. Take in the beautiful scenery while having dinner at the picnic table. This level also features a large carport area that provides ample room for several vehicles. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
