Summary: Pleasant motel - Not the neatest. Not a bad place, as with lots of places like this, they are cheap & cheerful, but could do with some TLC. But I think post COVID with increased costs everywhere it isn't easy. Half bath had a bad go of sealing the cracks in it. Bit the room was clean and tidy, bit rough around the edges. We were room 42. Rooms 42-46 had me pipework from the toilets running in front of the steps. It's plastic pipe and not painted yellow. You have to step over it, then straight away step back up the 2 stairs to the room - not good for less mobile people and anyone at night! But, it's not a horrendous place to stay.
