This area has a beautiful promenade, which connects sea and land in perfect harmony. The building is located about one kilometer from this fantastic promenade, ideal for a walk on summer evenings and winter afternoons or for beachcombing during the warmer days.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the center of the village of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping center with a medium-sized supermarket.
