Negative: This property only supplies 1 key, I contacted them to get get another Key and was told we only supply one key, but will contact the cleaners and see if they will supply a key but it will be at a cost ?? this never happened as we never heard back from them. it was a major inconvenience as my Partner and I had separate appointments and had to curtail them in order to let the other into the apartment, Had we been aware of this we would never have booked the apartment. The carpet was also badly warn and smelt.
