The house (500m2) is built on two independent levels. Entering the house you'll go through a spacious hall with elegant furniture and marble floor and reach a spacious and bright living room, arranged on two distinct areas: the sitting area and the dining area. The sitting area is furnished with two comfortable sofas placed in front of the flat screen TV and a wooden coffee table. The distinguished atmosphere is enhanced by a wood burning fireplace. The dining table can comfortably accommodate six people that can enjoy beautiful views of the garden. From the living room you have beautiful garden views and exit to the terrace (70m2) where you can enjoy beautiful views from one of the sitting areas with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The dining areas on the terrace are also welcoming, you have a comfortable table for six and also two cozy corners each with a table for four. From the upper terrace you may descend the impressive stairs that lead you to the pool.
On the upper level of the villa you find the master bedroom furnished with one large double bed (180x200cm), solid wood recessed wardrobes, two nightstands with lamps, a mirror and an armchair. It has an en suite bathroom that is fully equipped: double sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub with rain head shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand with lamp, large recessed wooden wardrobes. You also have a utility room. From the kitchen you may exit the terrace that has multiple dining and sitting areas.

~ Neighborhood
The house in located in beautiful Carib Playa urbanization, a quiet area of private villas and beautiful Andalusian style houses, right next to the lovely Marbesa neighborhood and in the vicinity of charming Puerto Cabopino. The entire area is very well maintained and secured, security cars patrol the streets day and night.
~ Beach
In 350m from the house, you reach the beautiful Playa de Artola, located in a protected area, Las Dunas de Artola, where you'll find an unique mix of sand and vegetation. The beach is made of fine sand, has smooth entrance in the sea and the water here is so clear as nowhere else in Marbella. It offers services such as showers and toilets, and during summer it is monitored by lifeguards. It also has a nudist beach area, one of the few existing in Marbella. This zone is separated from other parts of the beach by natural sand dunes called las Dunas de Artola.
~ Shopping/Restaurants
The closest supermarket, SuperCor, is at 700 meters from the house and is the only supermarket opened 24h. For your weekly shopping, we recommend La Canada Shopping Center, the biggest mall in Costa del Sol, which is at 13km (14min by car) and here you have Alcampo hypermarket. In a 5-minute drive there are also other local supermarkets, like SuperSol, Mercadona or Lidl. Regarding restaurants, you have Restaurante Triana right on the beach, where they serve international dishes, then you have El Cortijo, a very popular restaurant among local people, where the prices are really reasonable, and other beach chiringuitos on the beach from where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
~ Activities
As maybe you already know, Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golf due to the large number of golf resorts and courses, around 50 only on Costa del Sol. In this area, you can easily reach two great golf courses, Santa Maria Golf Club and Cabopino Golf Marbella, located at around two kilometres from the house. Puerto Cabopino, the hidden treasure of Costa del Sol, is at just 1.5km (3min drive). Puerto Cabopino is an amazing harbor that offers you an attractive beach (many say is the best beach in the area), a tranquil atmosphere and renowned restaurants, like Alberts Bar
Grill, Da Bruno or La Despensa. The area is also very well connected to nearby towns and cities, only 14 minutes drive to Marbella city center (13km), just 21 minutes drive (23 km) to famous Puerto Banus, the pole of luxury and parties, and 30 minutes to Malaga International Airport (41 km).
