Summary: We have stayed at several VRBO properties in different areas of Mexico and this was our favourite. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to eat in - we do a lot of our own cooking. Plenty of cooking equipment, bowls, storage containers etc. to make things easy. The two queen beds in the second bedroom were comfy and the room was large enough that the four 20 "kids" had plenty of room. Their bathroom is not huge but lots of storage. There is a tankless water heater so all 6 of us could easily have showers with plenty of hot water. The primary bedroom has a huge king sized bed in a giant room. Lots of closet storage and a big functional bathroom. The deck is huge and is wonderful if you need to take refuge from a rainstorm! The living area was plenty large for all of us and the tv is big and great to have for late night movies. The pool, hammock area and beach are clean and very well cared for. We play a lot of volleyball and there is a net on the Mareazul beach. The beach is very big and the water was clean with no seaweed at all. It is easy to walk down to Playa del Carmen on the beach or straight down 5th avenue. It takes about 40 minutes to briskly walk to the end of 5th, but you'll find great breakfast places and restaurants after only about a 15 minute walk.Soriana is the closest supermarket at about a 25 minute walk and it had everything we needed - including alcohol. We absolutely loved our vacation here!!!
