The nearby dining area offers seating for eight guests with additional island seating of six. The living room boasts three seating areas and a 65” flat-screen television making this area a wonderful place for individual, or combined, conversations.
An additional luxury feature is the French doors leading to the screened outdoor living space which offers seating for six at a dining table or separate seating for watching a ballgame. The first floor accommodates the powder room and laundry area, with the second floor having an additional coffee bar, and third floor dedicated to conversation, relaxing, or a movie on the 55” television - the perfect place for the kids to hang after a long day on Lake Eufaula.
Porches are spectacular on this home and one of the primary amenities. With four porches, this home provides lake views from the second and third floors, while providing a wraparound first floor porch for that morning or evening glass of wine. All porches are uniquely and luxuriously furnished, highlighting couches, individual seating, porch swing, and hanging egg chairs.
