Welcome to CASA-2040, a spacious and welcoming chalet at the entrance of Saint-Véran, just a five-minute walk from the first ski lift and ski touring trails. Designed with families and groups of friends in mind, it comfortably accommodates up to fourteen guests, offering plenty of space to gather while still allowing everyone to enjoy privacy and quiet corners.
On the ground floor, the chalet features both a professional kitchen and a family kitchen, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable for large groups. A spacious dining room and a cozy living area with a bar corner create the perfect setting for family meals or lively conversations after a day on the slopes or exploring the mountains. Outside, a shaded terrace with several coffee tables and ample seating offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the fresh alpine air.
The first floor includes four comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190) with access to a shared bathroom.
