Less than 500 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to grocery, bar, restaurants, snack bars and local shops. Asphalted and well lit street. The house is very close to the historic center about 30 minutes on foot or 5 by car.
House with 3 bedrooms and one suite with double bed and bunk bed, one with double bed and 2 bunk beds and the third with double bed and two single beds plus an auxiliary bed, all with ceiling fan plus two bathrooms , large living room with LCD TV with Sky, wifi, full kitchen with coffee maker, dishes and utensils, microwave, large outdoor leisure area with table with chairs, swimming pool, large outdoor leisure area with table with chairs, pool, gourmet area with barbecue, refrigerator and stove, all lawn land. Garage for up to 5 cars. We accept small animals. We deliver pillow-lined beds with pillowcase and sheet (Basic bedding), the day before check in the house goes through a cleaning leaving everything very clean and prepared to wait for your group. Rental includes basic bedding.
