Here we have a lot of comfort, a large backyard, garden and a beautiful space for your barbecue.
On our land we have 2 identical (detached) houses, but they are rented independently. This ad is related to Casa Lua de Mel (right side).
Bedrooms: The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and hot and cold air conditioning. In addition, the bedroom on the left overlooks the neighborhood and the bedroom on the right overlooks the backyard.
Kitchen: Complete and well equipped, aifryer, with everything you need to prepare all meals, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. A differential is that our kitchen has gas heating in the sink.
Living room: Large and spacious sofa with reclining back, super comfortable. For groups of 5 people, consider this a place for one of the guests to sleep, as we have the same or for those who prefer, we also have an additional single mattress.
Dining Room: Integrated area, in open concept, between the living room and the kitchen, ideal environment for those who like to gather even more family and friends, making everyone closer, even if they are in different activities.

Bathroom: The bathroom is spacious and has gas heating, which makes for a much more comfortable and enjoyable shower, especially on those colder days.
Outdoor area: We have a garage for one car, where during the day it can also serve as an extension of the house, being a covered porch. The barbecue corner is located in the garage, where moments of relaxation and fun take place. The environment is equipped with a sink, countertop and a spacious wooden table, ideal for gathering everyone at the table at mealtime. Finally, the backyard is large, with part grass and part gravel.
