Positive: Multiple places to sit outside, great rooftop patio for sunset watching. Little Loggia with a Grill, nice rooms, equipped with everything you need. Clean kitchen and bathroom with sufficient hot water and the rest was nice too. In the cute little pool area you are sitting literally in the Banana plantation, great! It's about 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach, shops are also about that. It's a great place to understand the impact of the latest volcano as you will see a huge "arm" of the lava which missed the house by literally hundred meters. Also given the usual roads to houses on the islands, it's fairly straightforward to drive there.
Negative: The bed was a bit creaky. There is not a lot close by in foot distance if you really want that. The rooms are not huge by any means but also why would you need a bigger room anyways. During cold nights it can get a bit chilly.
