Located on the first floor of the building recently built, it consists of large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room with terrace, another double bedroom, bathroom and closet; The property includes a large porch furnished with a table and chairs for dining al fresco and enjoy relaxing moments and a private parking invaluable given the difficulty of parking in the area being very close to the beach. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: flat screen TV and air conditioning in both the living room and in the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave video and iron. The Lido beach is just 200 meters away, while the historic center is easily reached on foot in 15 minutes; the apartment is also convenient as it has near all major services.
