Our home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with all best quality appliances, open plan living dining area, BBQ Area, Oak Floorboards throughout with high ceilings, laundry room, pool table opening up to a court area, 3 lounge areas, fireplace, wireless sonos music system, ducted aircon and office workspace for two, access to high speed WI-FI, Netflix, featuring premium quality hotel linen and towels, pool towels and offering a range of Leif friendly soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash and essential amenities, including hairdryers, irons, and kitchen essentials to elevate your overall experience.

Upstairs has two generous rooms with built ins and a master queen room with an ensuite, plenty of storage including and a his and her wardrobe. Each bedroom includes private balconies. With the main bedroom offering stunning views over the leafy neighbourhood and ocean. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs with their own private shower, toilet and courtyard. Ideal for the children or Nanny.
