Positive: The apartment and the yard are excellent. The front porch has a hammock and a nice big table for four people. The apartment is spacious, the bathroom is big and comfortable. Lots of amenities for cooking, a washing/drying machine which is quite useful if you need to wash and dry quickly a few things for the beach. Everything is new, the apartment is very clean, quiet neighbourhood. The host is very welcoming and nice. I would always return to this accommodation.
