Living room (with HI-FI stereo and CD collection, plus plasma TV with 150 channels), dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The villa is located in an idyllic space in the Barrocal region, where silence and nature prevail. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms. Overlooking an extensive area, where the village of Ribeira de Algibre is located, it has a terrace, an extensive outdoor covered corridor, a garden and another terrace with a swimming pool and seating area. It has an outer cover to protect the vehicle from the sun. The adjacent land is extensive and only a part is organized with streets and trees. Flowerbeds decorate the circle of the house. The water comes from a cistern, fed by a borehole, and it is preferable to drink bottled water.
The office with a sofa bed, with a fixed computer, printer and Harman sound system; desk, office supplies and library can be rented by agreement with the owner. You can also rent a car and access the garage for electrical charging.

Summary: Our 3-night stay was overall a good one, with great views. However, we did run into an issue with the air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms from the moment we arrived. This made the room too hot to use. Luckily, there was another room with a working air conditioner where we were all able to sleep. The owner was responsive and tried to address the issue.The kitchen, while a bit dated, was well-equipped, and the room sizes were decent. One suggestion for the property would be to add a proper barbecue, as that would be a great addition for a house of this size.
