Large house located in the residential area of Cala Gonone, just 150 meters from the sea, with ladder access directly on the beach. It consists of two fully self contained accommodation within the same structure. The first, with breathtaking sea view, consists of living area with kitchen and sofa bed; the entire living area is equipped with air conditioning hot / cold. The sleeping area is composed of: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or if necessary can be put together to create one double, single bedroom, communicating with an enclosed veranda, with a sofa bed that serves as a fourth bedroom and bathroom ; the sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning / heating located in the passage entrance. The property includes a veranda with table and chairs with beautiful sea view, the courtyard with trees and equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower. Present: TV and dishwasher. The second housing, partially basement, consists of spacious living area with kitchenette, table with benches and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This air-conditioning in the living area. The property, the veranda with table, chairs and barbecue, outdoor shower in common, the laundry room with access from the courtyard, with a further bathroom and three parking spaces. The house is situated in a quiet and sunny area with private access to residents only.
