An excellent solution for a family or couple who love the atmosphere of a beautiful old village and want to be able to reach the centre or the beaches of Salò in just a few minutes. The house is equipped with a large Jacuzzi, a gym, a small wine cellar with wines and excellent local cold cuts, and bicycles.

Dear guest, As a first rule, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you complete the web check-in (ALL GUESTS' details are required) before your arrival; you will receive the link 10 days in advance. This way we will not have to disturb you during your holiday. The security deposit and cleaning fees are handled directly with us. Any evidence of pets on the furniture may incur additional charges (€100). Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all their pet waste. Guests must prevent their pets from making excessive noise at a level that could disturb neighbours. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas. Thank you. Baby bed and high chair are provided free of charge on request made IN ADVANCE. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. RECYCLING OF WASTE: During your stay you must comply with the municipal regulations on waste separation by correctly separating your waste and disposing of it according to the instructions given to you. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in a €100 deduction from your deposit. Thank you for your cooperation. CHECK-IN LATE: In case of problems with the check-in (arrival after 8.00 p.m.), it is compulsory to inform us by phone before 4.00 p.m. of the day of arrival. In case we are not informed we will charge a penalty of €50 if the arrival is after 20:00. In any case for check-in after midnight we will charge a penalty of €100.
