On the ground floor there is a small studio that sometimes might be occupied by private guests of the owner, max 2 guests. These guests will have the same entrance and use the corridor on the ground floor to go to the bathroom. They also might use the garden. The owner is living next door, same main entrance, and using the terrace next to the client one.
The owner lives in a part of the Villa, has the same main entrance and has a terrace outside, next the one of the guest. She would love to welcome the guests when she is there.
