Positive: Everything was lovely. Well stocked house . Loved the location and grounds. Very efficient caretaker when something needed doing.

Negative: Surrounds can be a bit noisy at night, cockerels , dogs barking etc. Also traffic on the road outside especially scooters. Having said that I personally got used to this and it wouldn't deter me staying again. Most people would probably need a car there as it's at least 20 mins to nearest shop, restaurant etc but it was our choice not to have one. Lastly the small bunk bed room probably needs proper air con. Although we had a fan it got too hot and we didn't use it much. The rest of the spacious house is fully equipped with air con so we were able to spread out.
