Welcome to our home. We are from Carlsbad and we have been coming to Las Gaviotas for about 20 years. We just love it here and we wish you will enjoy it as well. Have many beautiful memories.
Our home has a lot of natural light. Our home its a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The master bedroom has a cal king bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. On the bathroom in the hallway we have a loft with a twin size mattress.

Summary: This house is a great place to stay for the money. If you want a good view of the waves from the house this might not be the place to stay, but you can’t beat it for the price! The interior of the house is perfect, and having a working fireplace was money since it was pretty cold. Alexei, the manager was great the whole time we were there. When water wasn’t hot, I texted him and he fixed it in 30 minutes. He also greets you when you get there to help you figure out some fun ways to spend your time like getting massages, wine tasting, or visiting the local restaurants and bars.
