It has a great location to easily walk to the main monuments: only 10-15 minutes to get to the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio or the Duomo. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
The space
The apartment is modernly renovated with design elements. It consists of two double bedrooms, a nice bright living room with large windows on the streets of the center, a fully furnished modern kitchen, and a modern bathroom with an exposed shower. Both rooms and the living room have air conditioning. It is located on the third floor without elevator.
The space is completed by a beautiful living terrace, with a characteristic view of the Florentine rooftops, with all the comforts and excellent to use for moments of relaxation. A real rarity in downtown Florence homes.
