Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than a week, at our care and expense, in agreement with the client and weekly, all the linen is changed. Only the final ones are included for cleaning.
Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere beach establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is central in the town and is in Via del Porto, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.
The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n. 100.
Sperlonga City Tax
I remind our guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the tourist tax is fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The village owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates that raged over the sea. The station is served in a capillary way by taxi and bus to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
