Casale Luisa has been recently refurbished and transformed into a beautiful holiday house sleeping 12, with 5 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 5 bathrooms, suitable for large families or group of friends. In the elegant rooms are many traditional elements: the earthenware and stone floors, the large fireplace, ceilings with wooden beams but just as many modern ones such as the perfectly equipped kitchen or the air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
External Area and Swimming Pool
Outside there is a large natural lawn where the swimming pool is measuring 10x5 and 1.5 metres deep. The large shady terrace, equipped with a barbeque, tables and chairs, as well as the solarium area with a terracotta floor and furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs and outdoor shower, make it the perfect place for living outdoors.Interior
The house has its own peculiar style, very elegant and refined. The ground floor consists of a living room with a big fireplace, mini stereo and satellite TV from which you access the garden, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, WC. The first floor hosts 4 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with twin beds with bathroom with shower.
Location
Casale Luisa is part of a large farm of about 650 hectares, on the hills behind the beaches of Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the city of Volterra.

The house has wi-fi Internet connection, available only in the living room of the villa, a pool that upon request can be warmed, central heating and car park on the property. All the bedrooms have insect screens at the windows and AC.

Check in has to be between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Check out by 9.30am. The water is not drinkable. Swimming pool open from 17/05 to 26/09 at 9.00am to 9.30pm. Internet connection is available only in the living room of the main house. Trash disposal is to be taken care of by the guests, who need to take it away after their stay. In case of negligence, guests can be subjected to a fee of Euro 150. Charging of electric cars is not permitted on the property.
