Summary: Check in was fine, dining area outside area was very tropical and nice. The wait staff was nice and attentive. The rooms were not up to par to me according to the pics at all. It was ok clean, fridge did not work, hot water was long to come on and hard to figure out for the shower. The AC took some time to get on and cool as well. I tried multiple times to contact the host and never once heard back from him. Finally after 4 or more times to try to contact him and no response, I had to call through VRBO and they had to contact the host. I never once heard from the host. We had our first night and our last night booked to stay there. We did not even stay there the last night. We paid for another place to stay that night. They were sure to charge me for both nights immediately upon booking, but never bothered to contact me.
