CasAna De Rio is a magical place, with rural charm. It is located on the banks of the Jimenoa River, in the mountainous area of Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic.
It is a place to rest and enjoy the simple pleasures that make you feel at home, which invites to a slower life, to learn to appreciate the truly important things!! To enjoy with family and friends, it is a place that makes you fall in love and makes you always want to return!
Two bodies form the structure of the house joined by a roofed space in which the large dining room has been located. An open space structure with lots of light and surrounded by lush greenery.
One of the two bodies is built on two floors and houses most of the spaces of the house. On the first floor is the large living room, a very spacious and cozy area that invites you to relax and share, a guest bathroom and the kitchen which has a large window that connects to the dining room and another large window overlooking the backyard and the river.
Going up the stairs we arrive on the second level to a small living room surrounded by three very cozy bedrooms, two of them overlooking the Jimenoa River. The master bedroom has a king bed and a mezzanine with twin bed, plus the integrated bathroom whose windows overlook the river. A second bedroom consists of a queen bed and a mezzanine with twin bed, as does the third bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom that are located next to the common room.
The second body right next to the dining room is what the family calls "La casita". where there is a bedroom with a space that overwhelms by its spectacular view and a large balcony that is practically over the river.
This bedroom has two queen beds and two mezzanine with twin beds. This bedroom has an attached bathroom.
The house is surrounded by terraces on different levels from which you can enjoy beautiful evenings always with the view and the enchanting sound of the river.
In the front garden we have parking for about 5 vehicles plus a beautiful garden.
Sleep relaxed with the magical sound of the river and wake up in an environment surrounded by nature where you will find your coffee made in the morning and a breakfast prepared by our staff. You will enjoy an unforgettable family vacation in this beautiful house.
