Catch N Relax is an immaculate waterfront vacation home in the ocean-to-sound resort community of Corolla Light. Your family will love having their very own private pool right in the backyard. After a day at the beach or exploring the resort, come home and gather in the beautifully furnished open-concept great room. When you're not trying out one of Corolla's fabulous restaurants, prepare dinner at the house using the well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Serve meals at the large dining table with a sound view, or dine al fresco outside on the deck. A sunroom is located off the main living area with wrap-around windows for admiring the landscape, as well as a vaulted ceiling with skylights. French doors lead from the sunroom to the primary bedroom, providing an optional water view from this top-level suite. The primary bath includes a double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower.
The mid-level consists of four more bedrooms (including a second ensuite), three of which provide direct access to the soundfront covered deck. This 600 sq. ft. shaded outdoor living space includes comfortable lounge seating and a hot tub for soaking away the day while admiring the sunset. Take a two-minute walk to this impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility that includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities. The community's outdoor soundfront pool is located directly across the lake. From there, you'll have access to miles of nature trails and a soundside pier for fishing and crabbing.
