This San Diego apartment is perfect for you if you are creative and artistic!
Go back in time to this amazing ’70s machine-theme apartment. You will enjoy the vibrant colors, shaggy carpets, lava lamps, and much more! There are even wings and sunglasses if you are looking to rock it out and take some amazing selfies!
The place is super clean and tidy, ideally located, and great for both business people and couples looking to truly enjoy San Diego!
The space
The unit is perfectly decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a reading nook, desk space, coffee machine, mini-fridge, and microwave.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is fully renovated with significant assets - a barn-style glass door with a detachable hose and beautiful fixtures and decor you will enjoy.
Inventory:
We will provide you with coffee, sugar, and creamer. You also won’t have to worry about towels, toilet paper, toothpaste, and shampoo/conditioner. We will also provide all of it!
Bedroom:
The bed is queen size and super comfortable. Sheets are microfiber and hypoallergenic, so even people with sensitive skin will enjoy them! There are plenty of blankets provided, although San Diego doesn’t get very cold, and we even have AC/heating!
Heavy curtains will prevent the sunshine from waking you up in the morning!
The Tv is mounted on the wall so you can enjoy watching your favorite shows.
Guest access
Guests will have access to their studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and all the common spaces, including the laundry room, backyard, etc.
If you need to store luggage before your check-in or after your check-out, I have luggage storage for your bags.
Other things to note:
• Sending packages to my address is strictly prohibited!
• Pets are allowed; the pet fee is 50$ per pet. It's a one-time fee additionally. The maximum is two pets. Please let me know so I can send you a request.
• The parking is not provided!
You have two options, one is street parking (metered), and a better option is a parking lot next to the building (16$ per day, 8$ per 12h)
• No smoking of any kind indoors!
• Quiet hours are between 10 pm, and 8 am!
• No parties or other people besides guests are allowed on the property
