A pleasant feeling of staying on the beach and in the mountains at the same time. CasaIvan is my home where I live in Floripa. For 12 years I worked in hotels in London and after a holiday trip to the island of magic, it was love at first sight and so I decided that this was where I would live and also get my dream off the ground, having a guest house, with a modern footprint, full of style and with a new proposal, where hospitality and personalization were highlighted. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a cozy and relaxed balcony, where greenery blends with the decor, creating a perfect environment for relaxing. Enjoy an invigorating massage, gently swing in the hammock or enjoy breakfast al fresco, immersed in the lush nature around you. The kitchen, with high ceilings, is a delight for culinary lovers, equipped with a minibar, 2-burner gas cooktop, microwave, wood-burning stove, Nespresso coffee machine and high-quality utensils. The handmade decoration combines rustic and classic elements, providing a unique atmosphere. The bedroom is a haven of comfort and romance, with a luxurious queen bed for a refreshing night's sleep. For groups of 3 people we have a single bunk bed, ensuring comfort for everyone. The integrated bathroom offers modern amenities, including an electric shower, hot and cold air conditioning, 32'' Smart TV, premium bed and bath linen, amenities and a stunning free-standing bathtub, complemented by a large window overlooking the forest. Amenities: Soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, Spray and Bath Salts; When booking, you have exclusive access to the entire Chalet, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility. Enjoy a beautiful breakfast included in your stay. If you prefer, explore local options with the convenience of Ifood or use the full functional kitchen to prepare your meals. The timetable rules are CHECK-IN from 15:00 and CHECK-OUT until 12:00, subject to seasonal changes by prior arrangement. Attention to detail is our priority.
