Chalet house is located 45 seconds from Summit Lake and sits on 3 private wooded acres acres, with almost no other residents in sight. A deep creek rushes through it in rainy season, while a gentle waters flow in dry seasons. It is dry a couple weeks a year. Conveniently right off a main road, all year access is easy for most vehicles!
The cabin itself has decks for gathering and a cleared area to play, along with woods to explore (fenced off). Fire pits and hot tub soaks are a must at this private getaway, with every detail thought of in the interior.
