Point B Exclusive - Sitting high atop Manaca Hill on Chappy, this Vineyard Cottage enjoys sweeping water views across Edgartown Harbor and Nantucket Sound.
The single level Contemporary Cottage features a wall of glass windows and sliding doors that anchor the main open living space and bring those great views front and center. The sliding doors open to a wraparound deck with those same sweeping views from the Edgartown Lighthouse on out toward Nantucket.
Back inside, the open floor plan has vaulted ceilings, a Living Area with sofa and chair seating plus TV, and an eat-in Kitchen with large center prep counter/breakfast bar, quartz counters, and a small table for additional seating. The two Bedrooms and Bathrooms are located on the back side of the Cottage.
The Bedrooms open out to a small back deck. Outdoor stairs on the side of the house lead to a rooftop sun deck with panoramic views in all directions. The main wraparound deck opens from the Living Area. It has built-in bench seating and outdoor dining area. Stone steps lead down from the property's edge toward the beach for easy access. And the Chappy Ferry is a short bike or car ride away.
